Certification and e-certificate issuance. We refactored the submission process end to end and integrated online digital signing, which brought an unpredictable turnaround down to a two-week SLA.
I led the build and ran the day-to-day project management with it, roughly 70% direction to 30% hands-on: scoping, sequencing, delivery, and the review gates. Laravel, MySQL, and REST integrations underneath.
The 2025 work on it was maintenance of the same system.
