A multi-agency submissions platform. We digitized the workflow and automated verification, which brought end-to-end processing down from roughly three months to three weeks.
The submission flow reads from several external government systems over REST API: OSS, BNPB, and the Polri Data Lake. Verification runs against those sources instead of by hand.
Laravel and PostgreSQL, with performance work on the reporting paths.
