I designed SIKS-NG in full: use case diagrams and their supporting detail (sequence, activity, ERD, and data model diagrams), then the software requirements specification and the accompanying terms of reference for Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation, the social welfare information system.
I did not build it. The design and the specification were the deliverable, and the build that followed was measured against them.
