I modernized legacy personnel data management into a single platform: centralized records, advanced search, access-controlled sign-in, and self-service document workflows that took routine requests off manual handling.
I built it with Laravel and PostgreSQL, then tuned queries and indexes to keep search responsive at scale.
It earned the Kapolri Gold Pin in 2021.
